For non-Muslims, Abu Dhabi's new non-Muslim Personal Status Law (Abu Dhabi Law No 14/2021 on the Emirate of Abu Dhabi's Civil Marriage and its Executive Regulations No 8 of 2022) provides a more flexible and advanced court system for resolving personal status disputes.
